Project Summary
When the leader in one-piece easy-to-install solar-mounting systems needed a manufacturing partner, they chose Ray Products. Our ability to mold large parts (up to 10 x 18 feet) allowed a multi-cavity tool to be produced, allowing the manufacturing of high volumes in short lead times. Utilizing an assembly cell at the 6-axis robotic trimming station allowed for the molding, trimming and assembly of the product in a continuous cycle.
